Cracker is looking for a forever home.
Cracker
Cracker has unfortunately been returned to us after six months with a family through no fault of his own. The family felt they couldn’t give Cracker the attention he deserved. Sadly this means Cracker is back in the kennels for Christmas, ...he is very stressed and missing the family.
Cracker is a bouncy, friendly sweet dog who loves attention from people.
One of the most affectionate dogs I have ever met he loves nothing more than to lay upside down have a cuddle and nibble your ear he is a complete sweetie. Cracker can though be temperamental with other dogs and only gets on with a select few, caution when introducing
him to new dogs, he thinks he’s bigger than he is! Cracker likes to hold the lead with excitement when on a walk but he does not pull and is very good on a lead. His recall is excellent he never strays far and comes running back, he knows his sit, down and gives a paw he is a very well mannered boy.
Cracker will make a fantastic family pet with teenage children, he is such a loving dog. Cracker has shown some resource guarding issues so needs an experienced home, though we are working to resolve these issues.

Health Concerns/Problems
When Cracker returned from working in France he had started to limp after working, however he has been x rayed and is fine in a pet home. The x ray and letter from vets is available for Crackers new owner. It states that Cracker can lead a normal active pet dog life but may need medication as he grows old (as many dogs do). Cracker has not limped since his return and is not on medication.
Cracker has food intolerances and is fed a hypoallergenic diet which he does very well on.
Please do not let these problems put you off Cracker as he is a lively, fit young man who will make a fantastic companion and has a lot of love to give.
